Victims of Crime Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis Project
The New York State Office of Victim Services (OVS) is announcing a funding opportunity for a provider to conduct a comprehensive, Statewide Services to Victims of Crime Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis (VOCNA) Project.
To help fulfill its mission, while recognizing the impact of inequities faced by underserved and marginalized communities, OVS is seeking proposals that will help to improve the effectiveness of services and resources to victims by identifying needs in the community and the gaps in services.
One contract resulting from this Request for Proposals will be effective December 1, 2021 through September 30, 2024 and all VOCNA Project proposals are due Tuesday, December 14th, end of day.
